Main Responsibilies:

1.Fully understand GSQM requirements and able to introduce, train & guide AP Plants & suppliers to implement and comply with GSQM requirements.
2.Support and / or Lead AP Plants to solve or improve major supplier quality issues;
3.Drive on or guide major supplier quality issues solving through COMPANY QCCAR/8D Process, including root cause identification and corrective/preventive actions definition & following-up;
4.Support and / or Lead on supplier quality intensive improvements, such as Controlled Shipping, Supplier Quality Improvement Process (SQIP), and involvement in the Top Focus process.
5.Monitor, support and improve on VIN (Vendor Information Networking) System, full implementation & effectiveness across AP Plants;
6.Train and coach COMPANY Supplier Quality Management Processes/Systems to AP Plant SQA teams;
7.Support and / or Lead regular or specific supplier audits & component re-validations, such as Annual Supplier Quality Sustainability Audit, Product & Process Audit, Controlled Shipping Audit, Special Process Audit, specific purpose visits/audits when requested, Component Re-validation etc;
8.Conduct COMPANY SQA Compliance Audit to AP Plants;
9.Collect and Consolidate AP Plant SQA reports, Health Checks etc, and participate in and or lead on AP Plant Supplier Quality Reviews;
10.Coordinate, support and / or work with Global SQA/SDE teams on global supplier issues;
11.Participate in Supplier/Component Development & Qualification processes when necessary, such as Component Priority Assessment, Supplier Design Review, Launch Readiness Audit, Safe Launch Planning process etc.

Requirement

1.Fully understand COMPANY Global Supplier Quality Manual (GSQM) requirements.
2.Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC & MSA processes.
3.Strong Problem solving skills, such as 8D, 3*5WHY, 6M Analysis, Lessons Learned… required.
4.Strong Process Audit / VDA6.3 knowledge & experience.
5. Necessary training & coaching experiences and skills are required.
6.Strong leadership and management skills.
7.Excellent team player, cross functional working experience and good communication skills.
8.Good working attitude and ability to work under pressure.
9.Proactive & positive thinking/working style.

10.Fluent in English – Writing & Oral.
11.Minimum 8 years working experience in manufacturing/engineering /quality function in Automotive Industry.
