Main Responsibilies:

1.      Be responsible for Group manufacturing & customer quality problem solving and improvement activity for AP site and all customer OEMs

2.      Work with plant cross functional team to identify root cause and generate corrective action plan, fully communicate with customer for major customer quality issue

3.      Lead and drive on lessons learned and conduct best practices sharing cross the region;

4.      Lead and drive on problem solving methodology system & process building up, training, execution and implementation

5.      Lead and conduct customer quality improvement workshop to improve plant quality to exceed customer expectations

6.      Push and drive on product/ process design modification, follow up and effective verification

7.      Teach, coach, mentor, develop local staffs capability & competency on problem solving methodology

 

Requirement

1.Strong and professional problem solving knowledge, skills and methodology, six sigma Master Black Belt expert and certification required

2.Very strong product, process, design and application engineering background

3.Excellent communication, teamwork, cross functional working experience, competency & skills

4.Excellent leadership and coordination skills

5.Good working attitude and ability to work at pressure

6.Positive thinking / working style

7.Willingness to travel frequently

8.Self-starter with the ability to work in a global/regional/cross functional team environment

9.Minimum 8 years working experience in manufacturing/engineering /quality function in Automotive Industry
